Kyle has more than 13 years of experience serving governmental, higher education, and not-for-profit clients. He oversees audit engagements for a wide range of public-sector organizations, including counties, cities, colleges and universities, school districts, transit authorities, and councils of governments.
Kyle has extensive experience with governmental accounting, GAAP financial statement reporting, and compliance audits performed under GAGAS and the Uniform Guidance. His areas of focus include ACFR review, Single Audits, federal program compliance testing, GASB implementation, internal control evaluation, and recommendations to improve reporting processes.
In addition to managing audit engagements, Kyle serves as a technical resource to clients on complex accounting, compliance, and reporting matters. He works closely with management and finance personnel to implement new standards, resolve reporting challenges, and strengthen audit readiness.
