Since 2005, Jessie has provided audit and financial consulting services for a variety of not-for-profit organizations and specializes in assisting federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), community action agencies, affordable housing developers and managers, and organizations needing a Single Audit. He is passionate about helping grant-funded not-for-profit organizations realize their missions and reach their goals.
Jesse helps his clients by performing Single Audits and audits subject to HUD requirements, risk assessments and process improvement engagements, assessing internal controls over financial reporting, fraud, grant management, and federal compliance, and providing guidance and compliance audits over the 340B pharmacy program. Jesse shares his knowledge in these areas by presenting on topics such as upcoming changes to the not-for-profit clarity standards and writing articles covering Uniform Guidance issues.
