Carl Allison

Carl Allison, MSOB, SHRM-SCP, is a passionate leader who believes that the ROI of people is driven by a culture of Respect, Opportunity, and Inclusion. In addition to bringing those qualities to his role, Carl is focused on helping CSHers remain connected to each other (even while working remotely) and improving the quality of life for the firm, professionally and personally.

Prior to CSH, Carl most recently served as Director of Human Resources for VonLehman. Before that, he spent six years in HR leadership at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Carl also has experience working with Mercy Health, Fifth Third Bank, and Northern Kentucky University.
