Mary Overberg

Mary is responsible for all aspects of audit and review engagements. She has worked in public accounting for nearly 30 years, serving small and mid-market businesses. Although she works with clients in a variety of industries, Mary specializes in providing services to small business corporations in construction and manufacturing industries.

Mary also has experience in transactional due diligence. She offers her clients important insight when assessing a possible acquisition. She is adept at evaluating the quality of earnings and cash flow, reviewing a company’s operational effectiveness, and identifying asset and liability exposure, value drivers, and risk areas.

Mary enjoys finding solutions to her clients’ problems and answering questions outside of the compliance service she provides. She strives to build remarkable relationships by getting to know her clients and their businesses and helping them grow and succeed.
