John Masheck

John is the Shareholder-in-Charge of the firm’s Miami Valley office. He assists clients in addressing their financial reporting and operational challenges by providing assurance and business advisory services. As CSH’s Commercial Services Group Chair, John keeps a strategic focus on several industries managed by the Commercial Services Group, such as manufacturing, construction and real estate, retail and science and technology industries. John also heads up numerous benefit plan audits and works closely with benefit plan clients to assist them with DOL and ERISA compliance matters. He also provides buy-side due diligence for client acquisitions.

Since he began his career in 2004 John has worked with a wide variety of companies from start-ups to million-dollar family-owned businesses. John comes from a family with a long line of business owners and enjoys bringing a strategic focus to his clients to assist them with growth and transition planning whether its transitioning to the next generation or preparing for a sale transaction.
