David Holmes

David currently serves as the Director of Quality Management. He performs monitoring activities and manages the firm's internal inspection. David also performs Engagement Quality Management Reviews and Pre-Issuance reviews for many of the firm's assurance engagements. With over 30 years of public accounting experience, David has had the opportunity to provide assurance and tax services to all types of organizations in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction, service, and healthcare. David has also performed a variety of other accounting and management consulting services such as the preparation of employee benefit plan audits, preparation of forecasts and projections, internal control attestation engagements, tax planning, and agreed-upon procedures engagements.
